Please fill out the below forms in order to register for National Skating Month. Once complete select "Submit" and the information will be send to the Georgetown Ice Center staff. A verification e-mail will be sent once the submitted information is received. Please fill out form for each person attending National Skating Month (parent and child). You must enter a valid e-mail address for the registration to be completed successfully.
